DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE!!! This is the worst pet sitter I have ever had the displeasure of using. Her lack of communication, unpredictable visit times, and lack of professionalism are awful. This sitter does not give live updates of when the visits start and stop so it is impossible to keep track of if she actually spent enough time with the pets. In her own words, she writes trip reports in “batches” at the end of the day, which means she does not provide timely, on site updates on how the pets are doing! This was a huge issue!!! On the first visit of the trip I booked her for, she didn’t send over a trip report until after 10:30 PM local time even though I requested a visit any time between 5-8 PM. This caused a lot of worry about if she was even coming to check on my pets and this issue persisted the entire booking period. I then had to ask for updates for the next three visits because she would not send over an update unprompted. She is non responsive to messages in this app! I messaged her multiple times the first day before I got the late night visit report and I did NOT receive a reply for over 6 hours!!! The lack of communication and timely updates were a huge issue when later in the trip she gave an update that she thought my pet tortoise was having a medical emergency. This message had no context and was obviously very distressing!!! I responded to this very alarming message within 3 minutes of her sending it to me and then had to wait over 20 minutes for a reply from her. And in her reply, she said she had left my house hours ago and couldn’t answer follow up questions I had about the potential medical emergency. I had given her a printed instruction sheet when we first met that included both my wife and my phone numbers for emergencies and left a copy of it at the house for easy access as well. She didn’t call me even though this clearly was a suitable reason to use the emergency numbers! When I finally got an app response from her, she didn’t want to give a specific time she would be over for the next booked visit so I could speak with her while she was next to my pet tortoise. This was very alarming and distressing. And to finish the entire saga off, when I finally did get a phone call during the next morning visit, it was 1.5 hours later than she indicated and wasn’t even her calling! It was her husband, a man I have never met and never authorized to enter my house. This is the worst pet sitter I have ever come into contact with. Do NOT book her!!!

Emily sat our two cats and took amazing care of them! Arthur is quite elderly requiring special care, which Emily provided. She spent a lot of time with them, playing and also letting Arthur sit on her. She sent us lots of pics which was very reassuring and helped us feel better about being away. Everything was neat and tidy on return. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Emily jumped in after my regular catsitter had an emergency. Very communicative and dove right in to handle it, which was very reassuring since I was already traveling and anxious about my fur babies.

Emily's amazing care for my fur babies was so comforting while I was away! I've always been nervous leaving them, but her consistent communication, attention to detail, and my cats' clear happiness when she was there (and sending great pictures!) put my mind at ease. I'd recommend Emily as a cat sitter without hesitation!

Emily was a wonderful cat sitter and an excellent communicator! This was our first time leaving our rescued mama cat and kitten and because of Emily, we were able to actually enjoy our trip knowing our kitties were getting lots of love and attention. She was so patient letting them warm up to her and really understands what each cat needs. We loved the updates she sent and will absolutely be using her services again!

Emily was great. We communicated daily through the portal and therefore I didn't need to wonder how Stormy and Spirit were doing. She is clearly a cat lover and it shows. When I need a cat sitter in the future (and I will) Emily is the person I want for the job.
