This was the 1st time I've tried this service. It was the 3rd reservation in 1 month. I will say "book Mary". I had 2 very anxiety ridden cats that I was quite concerned about. Although they each gave her a run for the money each in different ways, she handled well and was eager to please. The boys were fed well, box scooped thoroughly daily and she did pretty much anything extra I asked. Trash out & cans put back, special diets, watered all plants as well as after storm care for them & run away lawn mower, sprayed for squirrels & deer, tried to bond & interact with them but they were difficult, daily reports & pics/videos when she could capture them & even made a special food run. She respected privacy of certain areas as requested. I'm sure I'm forgetting other things but I know you will find her efforts well worth it. I'm just not sure i love the app or the company but I'll leave that up to you to decide and say no more. I've tried in the past friends, family & other paid services and ALL disappointed in many ways but Mary I would certainly recommend where none of the others I would!

Mary communicated soon after each visit and included videos which were great! My shy cats are taking their own time getting to know her and she’s been very patient with them which I appreciate.

Mary GREATLY exceeded our expectations. I didn't think my skittish cat would let anyone give her her liquid meds or pills but Mary got it done. She is kind and gentle and talked to our kitty exactly how I do, haha. Mary was a great communicator and sent us updates including pictures and videos with every visit. We will never use anyone else to care for our fur baby as long as she is still working!

I was very anxious about leaving my three cats for a week -- especially the six-month old kitten -- I don't travel much. But when I first met Mary prior to my trip, her kindness and knowledge of cats can through and I immediately calmed down. She did a great job with the cats, sent multiple photos and videos each day (which go a long way to demonstrating the cats are ok) and the house (feeding stations, litter boxes, etc. ) were clean and in good shape upon my return. The cats were apparently unfazed by my absence!

Mary was so great with my extremely shy cat. She took the time to check on her even though my cat tried to hide the whole time. She kept me up-to-date and sent pictures when she could and she followed all of my instructions. I was so grateful to have a kind, reliable person to stop in and take care of my girl.

Mary was great. very communicative, friendly, and overall great with my cats who are weary of strangers. I would hire her again! She provided frequent photos, videos and updates!

This was the first time we left our two boys for a week and had never used a cat sitting service before, so we were a little apprehensive. From the moment we met Mary our fears were gone. Everything went great, cats are happy and Mary was kind enough to bring in a package while we were out and, very kindly, take a photo of where she put it. I have a cat that can be very skittish and he absolutely loves her!! She passes the cat vibe check for sure!

Mary was great with my senior cat, and gave her lots of cuddles while I was away. When my travel plans changed last minute, Mary was available for additional visits, which made me feel much better about being away for an extra day and a half. All instructions were followed (for both house and cat) and Mary handled my "anxious cat mom" check-ins with good grace.

Mary is the cat whisperer. My cats were rescued from the pound and we're super scared of everything but Mary had them out playing with her right away. She is highly recomened.

This was the first cat sit for my cats with Mary. Both cats can be shy or skittish and Mary was very gentle with them. my cats were calm and happy when I came home - will definitely book Mary again.

I have booked Mary twice now, and both times she has gone above and beyond. I needed cat-sitting for a medically-necessary treatment stay and her communication and photos were extremely thorough and helpful. You can tell she truly cares about and loves cats, and my cat loved her as well.

Jack really loves Mary. He usually takes a while to warm up to people. Seeing him be excited to see Mary, wanting her to stay, and being willing to play with her and let her pet him was awesome. He is also needs a transdermal medication. I was nervous as he is not a touchy cat. Mary did a great job maintaining a positive environment and in building trust. Her experience is very evident to both me and Jack.

Mary was great! She sent us updates and photos at every visit, played with kitties & took the time to truly learn about each one. We have two cats that require medication (pill and inhaler) and Mary was fantastic at administering both! It’s hard to find a pet-sitter who you trust and will care for your animals as much as you do. Mary truly was that for us, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her services!

Great communication and care for my 4 cats. Mary went above and beyond to make sure that they were taken care of, she communicated quickly and often, and gave plenty of picture and video updates! My cats don’t do well with simple checks and food refills if we’re gone more than a day or two, and they are all doing great! She was obviously really engaged with them and it shows.

Mary was fantastic! She did a great job getting my shy kitties to come out of their shell to eat and play with her, and they seemed to be pretty excited to see her by the end of the week. She sent lots of pictures and videos of everyone so I missed my kitties a bit less. Also wrote great updates and let me know how they were doing and what they were up to. This was my first experience, using the app, and Mary was absolutely fantastic. The updates she sent were so detailed oriented and on time awesome photos awesome videos. It was obvious how well she got along with our cat when I needed to add to our reservation, she went above and beyond, including contacting customer service to make sure our needs were met exactly. I’m so glad I chose Mary to help us out. I recommend her so highly.

Mary did a fantastic job with my cat Anya! She was patient with Anya (and with me!) during the first few days while Anya adjusted to me being away, and even got her to play a little bit by the end. Medications and supplements were given as instructed, the water bowl and litter box were always cleaned, and Mary was great about just sitting with Anya and giving her some love. She gave detailed updates and sent photos and videos, so I knew Anya was in good hands. I will definitely ask Mary to watch Anya in the future!

She's a fantastic cat sitter! It's my first time leaving my cats with someone I don't know and was very anxious about leaving them alone, but Mary took such good care of them, was very attentive to my directions and went above and beyond. She took pictures and videos, and the communication overall was excellent. She even helped me take out the trash on the last day she was day. She truly cares about the kitties she catsits and that makes me feel like I can count on her on a next trip!

Super dependable and very generous with photo and video updates, it’s obvious that Mary understands and loves cats and knows what their owners need when they’re separated from their beloved kitties! We felt like our 3 cats were in great hands for our entire trip. She spent a lot of time engaging with them and took great care with all of their food, water, litter, and play needs. Mary was available last minute for a trip out of town, despite it being holidays and snowy weather she was able to fit me in! when she needed to cut a visit short she notified me so i could get refunded for the extra time. she sent a lot of pictures and videos, very attentive :)

Mary is great at taking care of our four cats. She works to coax them out of hiding and is great about sending pics and videos every visit. My husband and I have booked her twice and would do so again.

Mary accepted our last minute request, on a holiday weekend, and was absolutely amazing. One of my kitties is shy and needs medication, Mary was able to get her to warm up to her and allow her to administer it. Mary is absolutely amazing! Chai and Earl became best friends with her right away, but Boba stayed under the bed the whole time. Mary still took lots of pictures and videos so I knew Boba was doing okay. I could tell all three of my babies were completely safe and supported while I was out.
