Kat was the best! She is so friendly, professional, and went above and beyond for my kitties! They immediately loved her and felt comfortable with her. I could tell she has a lot of experience with cats and I felt totally safe leaving my fur babies with her. Kat is a bright, bubbly, down-to-earth spirit. She has been a dedicated sitter to my two middle-aged cats, and both have specific dietary restrictions and daily medication, so it's important for me to have a sitter who does their due diligence to ensure each cat receives the right food and stays on track with their medication schedule. Kat does just that. She's always been super communicative, sends lots of pics, and doesn't hesitate to ask questions if she's unsure about something. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
