I’ve definitely been called the “cat whisperer” because even the pickiest cat knows I love them. I respect cat’s boundaries. I have fostered cats before and once had 6 kittens all at the same ti... I also rely on great Cat sitters like myself due to my other job working out of town. So I know what it’s like being away from your precious babies and wondering if they are doing ok. Are they lonely? Are they safe? Do they miss me? I understand that clear communication and photos are imperative.
I’ve definitely been called the “cat whisperer” because even the pickiest cat knows I love them. I respect cat’s boundaries. I have fostered cats before and once had 6 kittens all at the same time! It was a dream come true. When I was a kid I said when I grew up I wanted to be a “Manager of a Cat Hotel”. Little did I know that would be a real thing one day. I’ve grown up always having 2 cats and 1 dog. My family right now has 6 cats and 2 dogs.
My cats are Abby and Martini - which are named after film terms on Set. I work in the film industry for the last 10 years. I really love it but sadly it's slowed way down in present years.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
Abby and Martini! They are so adorable and I love both their unique personalities. I said I wanted ta tabby and a black cat and then my sister's cat had kittens and it was 2 black cats and 2 tabby cats! So perfect! I got my 2 cats I always dreamed of having. Abby is super curious and loves getting into stuff while Martini is chill and despite what people say about female black cats - she's super snuggly and tiny.
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
I open door slowly and make sure no cat gets outside. I also make sure there are no dangerous items left around accidentally. I make sure to follow directions exactly and ensure that the clients requests are followed.
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes. I am a freelance worker so holidays I mostly am available. Depends of course on the holiday but I try to have a good availability.
What is your favorite cat toy?
I love the simple things. I’m convinced that no cat can resist the “cat dancer” Toy! Whoever invented that is a genius.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
I can pick up on when cats are timid or anxious. And of course who wouldn't be when there is a stranger around? So I make sure to make slow movements and be very quiet with those kinds of cats until they are comfortable with me and know that I am there to give them food! As my Mom calls is - "cupboard love!" they love the person who feeds them.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
