Genie is an excellent cat sitter for my 2 cats. She genuinely cares about animals and my cats are obsessed with her. In terms of her ability to take care of my animals she is detail orientated, professional, and communicative. Every session begins with a text letting me know she's there. When she is done she provides a long message with lots of the details including how many excrements and quality of them, how much did they eat, temperament, anything that was different, how they played, and what they did while she was there. Lastly, she always provides a ton of photos of my kitties! I highly recommend Genie, I wish I could keep her a secret so she doesn't get booked up by you will love having her take care of your kitties!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
