Susan was THE BEST! I have special needs kitties and Ms. Susan was, for lack of a better word, perfect. she listened to everything we said, and every 12 hours we got pictures and little updates! I will definitely be using this service and Susan every time I go out of town from now on. I know my babies are in good hands with her🥹😻🙏 Thank you!!!!

I have had Susan take care of my Kitty twice now while I have been out of town and she is so loving and caring to my Leia. Leia has some quirks to her routine and Susan has addressed all of her needs. Leia purrs a lot when Susan is taking care of her!

Susan is an extraordinary cat sitter. She takes care of the requirements of feeding, watering, and cleaning the litter box, but she does so much more. She clearly cares about my cat and in just a few visits has made herself a trusted and appreciated visitor. I also feel cared for by Susan as she takes video of my cat being petted and loved on.

the reservation went wonderfully without a snag. Symon loves Susan and gets excited when she comes over. Susan sends me great photos of Symon and will call me so I can talk to Symon and he knows I have not abandoned him. It makes me feel better to hear him meow. Susan plays with Symon on the floor with his toys. Susan is really good with Symon as he is a very picky cat and not friendly with many people but he loves Susan. I am glad I picked Susan and hope she is always available when I need her!

this is my first experience with Meowtel and I am really impressed - the reservation went we were with help from the phone people who were helpful, knowledgable and courteous- Susan is the person I chose from the photos on the web sight -she has been marvelous about extending her time while I have been in hospital for surgery - Symon, my 18 year old cat who doesn’t like strangers let Susan walk right up to her and let her pet him - Susan has sent pictures of Simon every other day or so and called me and held the phone so Symon could talk to me and be comforted I am coming home soon. Meowtel office people were so helpful when I needed to add to my reservation from my hospital bed. This is a fantastic company to work with and I will be using them again. I hope Susan will be available 😉

First time user. It was a bit difficult to use the app. I appreciated the "modify" reservation option greatly. Mrs. Susan was fantastic about communicating, updates with pictures and videos. I was at ease knowing our cats were being loved and cared for. Mrs. Susan was so patient with all my little notes about my cats. :)

Susan provided wonderful care for my Kitty Leia. Initially I was nervous to leave her for a week but Susan was able to give her love and attention every day that enabled for me to visit my siblings and washed any worry I had away ! I am already scheduling my next trip and would love for Susan to watch her again. I would recommend Susan to anyone who is looking for a caring, kitty sitter 🥰

Susan far exceeded our hopes and expectations. She was professional, yet very personable to communicate with. Susan was a fun and loving care giver to our 3 cats. Susan was great with my senior kitties, personable at the meet and greet, and a good communicator. She was able to give my cat her oral medication with no problem and we had no issues with anything. I will definitely have her back for my kitties!

Susan took wonderful care of our tippy. I felt completely at ease knowing tippy was well cared for and loved on. She even placed a new packet of her food in the fridge from the freezer so I wouldn’t have to do it when I got home. We are very happy and will be having Susan back the next time we need a pet sitter.

I’m extremely pleased with susan attending my cat. she was conscientious and diligent, gave good attention to my cat and dr eloped over a few visits rapport and trust. My cat who is shy and a loner warmed up to her and clearly felt very trusting toward her. susan is one of those cat whisperers!

Susan is a terrific cat sitter - She brought a toy for Symon, sometimes treats, and a new toy - Susan would call me on her cell phone so I could talk to Symon and he would rub his head against the phone - I got pictures almost every day so I could see he was healthy and happy. Our two kitties Mick and Tina are most precious to us so we need the best to take care of them when my husband and I go on trips for a few days or a couple weeks. Susan makes us feel so at ease to leave them. She does a fabulous job at making sure they have everything they need including lots of TLC. She always goes that extra bit to make sure Mick and Tina are happy kitties when she leaves. They always look happy and well taken care of when we come home. It would be hard for us to leave and enjoy a vacation if we didn't have Susan to watch over our precious Mick and Tina. A big thank you to Susan!!
