"the reservation went wonderfully without a snag. Symon loves Susan and gets excited when she comes over. Susan sends me great photos of Symon and will call me so I can talk to Symon and he knows I have not abandoned him. It makes me feel better to hear him meow. Susan plays with Symon on the floor with his toys. Susan is really good with Symon as he is a very picky cat and not friendly with many people but he loves Susan. I am glad I picked Susan and hope she is always available when I need her!"

"Leah is fantastic! She was a godsend to our family! When we needed to extend our trip when one of our kids got too sick to travel, she happily lengthened her time with our cats. She was great with our cats too and sent a LOT of pictures of the kitties while we were gone. She even got to pet our old, grumpy kitty by the end of the trip, which is a rare honor bestowed on the few. Our other cat is an asthmatic and she did a great job giving him his inhaler twice per day. I also loved that she sent us pics of the full food bowls and water fountain each trip, as well as a recap of how the cats were doing. I will absolutely be booking Leah again for our next trip."

"Lacie is wonderful and our cats loved her! She is super reliable and diligent, which is important. But much more importantly, she really, really loves cats and she loved our babies while we were out of the country for a week for the first time since we got them last year. I was nervous about leaving them with someone new, but from the time they met Lacie, I knew she would take good care of them. She's also a wonderful communicator, sending pictures, videos and updates each day to let me know the cats were doing ok. I will definitely be making Lacie a regular part of our cat care routine, whenever we travel."

"Arian was good about sending photos and updates on a daily basis. Our cats are rather skittish with strangers but took to him seemingly well. The only issue we had was that we found the two litter boxes utterly filthy when we came home on the last day. I asked about how often he changed the litter boxes and he said every three days. I appreciated his honesty, and I conceded that may work for other cats, but that clearly was not enough in this case, and sticking to a strict changing routine, especially when we opted for 45 minute visits, seemed very odd. He messaged me after we talked and said he'll keep this in mind going forward."

"I was concerned that my shy, 9-year old Siamese mix, Henry, would be lonely while I was away. Anna charmed him quickly & he bonded with her, which was a huge relief. She texted me photos of him being brushed & loved on throughout the week. It brightened my day and made it easier to focus on my own trip. I think Henry misses her, which is the greatest praise.😻 Anna is a lovely person with great kitty-mojo. While we were gone Kayla fed and played with our cats as well as sent us several vidoes and pictures each day. Meowtel allowed our cats to stay at home and feel safe while we were gone. My senior kitty has some issues that require medication (high blood pressure, appetite stimulant, constipation, subcutaneous fluids) which often meant I had to bring him with me or limit my travel, which made me anxious about the first trip that I couldn't take him with. Karissa was awesome at the meet-and-greet, she asked a lot of questions and took notes which helped to calm my nerves. Karissa's updates about how his medications and overall status calmed my nerves, plus she sent a cute photo of him every day. I came home to a happy kitty, who did miss me, but was also well taken care of in my absence."
