Nicole did a great job with my stubborn cat Jaspurr. It was great getting pictures and videos of her visits. She brought some of her own toys to stimulate play, that was fun to watch. This is a great service and makes traveling just a little easier.

Nicole was efficient and seemed to follow instructions. She did seem surprised that she would play with him actively and then he would respond to petting by biting. She didn’t seem to understand that a cat needs time to settle down from rough play before being ready to be pet.

Nicole was so sweet and attentive. We were in the middle of moving so there was confusion on our part where we would be and she patient and willing to make it work. He had a blast with her and immediately took to her- she sent lots of photos and videos and I would book her again in a heartbeat- I never had any anxiety the entire trip if he was in good hands.

Nicole was absolutely wonderful! She really goes above and beyond. I loved all the updates and videos she would send at her visits because it alleviates all the “leaving pet anxiety”. She bonded easily with my quirky cat (I think my cat was disappointed when I came home instead of her 😂) Nicole responds quickly and treated my home with respect. She brought in all my mail and packages and even put my HelloFresh meal delivery in the fridge for me. Nicole was amazing with our elder kitty! She took the time and care and made us feel so comfortable that all was well with not only our cat but also our home while we were away.
