I am a retired, married 76 year old attorney who loves cats. I have lived with, adored and cared for numerous cats over many years including Persians, Siamese, tabbies and alley cats and loved them all. I love their affection, antics, loyalty and sweet dispositions as well as their mystery, independence and traits they share with their cousins, the "Big Cats". I have volunteered with the Missouri Humane Society for years and served on their Board. I "socialized" Society cats and kittens for several years (for which I received training which was very useful despite my wealth of prior experience with cats) at the Westport shelter prior to their adoption . This involved cuddling and playing with them so that they were comfortable with potential parents (and vice versa). I have also sat for the felines of friends and neighbors. I retired from the the practice of law several years ago and decided that I wanted to spend my free time with my grandchildren, volunteering for my favorite charities and spending as much time as possible with my special friends in the feline world. My aim in a sit is of course to make sure your beloved kitty receives the best care and most loving attention possible. Jeff did all of the necessary duties to expectation: he arrived on time, did food and litter as requested, and sent videos. He did not seem to give our cat much attention or play time--after requesting more play, we observed on our home camera Jeff taking out a toy to record a 10 sec video, then putting it away right after! Seemed more concerned with his phone and recording than with the cat.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
