Carolyn is very communicative, takes lots of pictures and video so I know my babies are happy, and is proactive with great initiative (turns on ceiling fan if the room is warm, brings in packages f ty on outside). Above all, she is so loving with my sweeties, and ensures my special needs kitty gets all the right meds.

Carolyn went absolutely above and beyond, taking the time to get to know each of our little guys. She sent regular pictures of the boys, as well as their food, water, and litter, which kept our minds at ease. They both loved her, even our shy baby was rubbing on her and happy as a clam.
