Hello! :D Let me start off by saying that your fur babies are going to have an amazing time with me! I grew up with a family that had allergies and so I was not able to have pets while growing up. As soon as I was able to get my own pets, I knew that I wanted to get cats! I currently have two cats. One is an all black kitty and the other is a tuxedo and they are very different depending on the time of day and their mood. I have over 12 years of total experience with pets and 9 years professional experience. I have experience in administering medication as well as taking care of multiple kitties at once! This is the 2nd time Jesse has cared for my babies. He is very thorough with managing the water, food and litter as requested and provides daily feedback. Just as importantly, he takes time to give love to both of my cats. Onyx and Loki are typically antisocial, but they love Uncle Jesse and let him pet them. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
