I saw that other reviews said that Katherine was great with shy cats and thought she might meet her match with my very shy little guy. I was shocked when she sent video proof of my cat not only not hiding but looking excited to see her and being snuggly. Katherine provided regular and detailed updates regarding my cat's well being as he recovered from a urinary blockage. She made sure he was hydrated and took the medications we provided exactly as requested. 5/5 would book again.

Katherine is a wonderful pet sitter. It was a huge comfort to have her care for our kitty crew of 5 while we were out of town for death in the family. She understood the needs of our five feline friends and took special care to give them all the the attention they needed and accomodated all of the "extras" (cucumbers for one cat, wet food only for another, prescription diet for two, senstive stomach food for another). Katherine is an excellent communicator and I highly recommend her services for anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable pet sitter. We are getting ready to book her services again. Highly recommend!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
