A little bit about my experience:
I started off my cat sitting journey through Rover and word of mouth and have had multiple repeat clients. I have a wide variety of experience with cats. I have raised kitties from as young as one week old and have taken care of elderly and disabled cats as well as cats that need medication.
I love all animals but I have an extra special soft spot for cats. I would be absolutely honored to take care of yours :)

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I love meeting new cats and understanding their personalities, likes and dislikes. It is always so fun to discover how cats will interact with me. The beta part of course is seeing thier cute little faces!
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
I had the sweetest little Maine Coon kitten who was very energetic and wild. He was so much fun to play with and I had an amazing time looking after him!
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
Since I have dealt with so many cats, I’ve definitely had my fair share of timid or anxious cats come my way. My number one thing is that I do not want them to be more stressed than they already are. I give them all the time and space they need for them to adapt. When/if they feel comfortable around me, I will let them sniff my hand before I touch them.

Our reservation was easy to make and I love the fact that we got to meet with Arwa before hand. We have 2 kitties 13 and 14 years old. Both are on medication and one has a special food. Arwa checked with us to be sure she had the proper dosage and servings. which I truly appreciated. A few days in, our older cat with an electronic feeder, managed to get her collar off. Arwa was able to work with my neighbor to get it back on. Our girls are a handful and she went above and beyond! I recommend Arwa and will use her services again.

The communication, care, and overall excellence Arwa has as a pet sitter is unmatched. My boys are pretty attached and have separation anxiety because I've never traveled since I've gotten them so we always are together. Arwa fit in our meet in greet in a great time before my trip and met my two boys! They weren't too keen on me leaving so they tried to give her a hard time, but she handled them amazingly. All of my instructions were followed and I felt a lot of my anxiety ease knowing they were being cared for by Arwa! One of my kitties even came out and said hi to her!

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.
These are the date ranges in 2026 to which the holiday surcharge applies:
- January 1-4: New Year's 2026
- January 16-22: MLK Day
- February 13-19: Presidents Day
- May 22-28: Memorial Day
- June 16-22: Juneteenth
- July 1-7: July 4th
- September 4-10: Labor Day
- October 9-15: Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples' Day

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Holly Springs cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $23.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
