Reece was wonderful with our cats when she was at our home but unfortunately, this third time using her she was unreliable-arriving much later at our home than we expected and leaving our cats for much longer hours than we expected due to having a full-time job, watching multiple cats, living 35 minutes away from our home and with unreliable transportation. The latter situation caused us to have to have a nearby family member feed them at 10 pm and Reece finally coming at 11:30 pm to stay the night. Although she apologized multiple times we cannot have these situations during our next trip to Europe so we had to cancel our booking 2 weeks before and find someone else. Reece is great with cats, and ours loved the attention she gave them. Plus she took excellent care of everything else-the litter, taking out the trash, watering plants, picking up the mail, etc. Under different circumstances I would say to use her but make very clear what you expect.

Reece took incredible care of my cat while I was out of town — and that’s saying a lot, since my cat has medical needs that require extra attention and consistency. From medication schedules to feedings and comfort, Reece handled everything perfectly. They kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing my cat was safe, happy, and well cared for. It’s rare to find someone as reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented as Reece. I could tell my cat trusted them completely — which is the highest praise I can give! I wouldn’t hesitate to book Reece again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants their pets treated like family. The videos and pictures were a great bonus!

Reece was a pleasure to work with. She was attentive and made sure my 9 up cat's schedule was followed to the T. She kept me posted about the overnight visit and sent me plenty of videos and pictures which I really appreciate. I came back home to a happy and I cannot ask for more. Looking forward to working with Reece in the near future.

Our 2 cats love Reece and are probably looking forward to having her pamper them again! Reece was very attentive to their quirks and spent more time playing with them than we do. She made us feel at ease everyday that we were gone by sending us pictures day and night of them eating, playing, and just hanging out with her. Plus, she took care of the litter as we asked and picked up the mail. Our house was as we left it and with happy cats. We highly recommend Reece and will be booking her again many times this year!

Reece was absolutely phenomenal!! I was initially so nervous to leave my cats, as they have only been watched by family - but Reece took such great care of our three little ones and put me at ease with the photos and videos that were sent each day. When I had an emergency and was required to extend a trip, Reece was incredibly accommodating and made the whole process stress free. Reece took such good care of my kitties! I have 4 cats and between food allergies and anxiety, they have very complicated instructions for their care. Reece took care of them like family, following all care instructions to a T, and sent the best updates.

Reece went above and beyond in caring for my two girls. They took it slow and steady with my 19-year-old and by the end she took to Reece. My younger girl wanted a lot of attention which Reece gave.
