I love cats and have my own 3 at home. Two are brothers who bring me a ton of joy when they wrestle each other throughout my apartment. My other guy is a very hyperactive Sphynx who craves love and attention from anyone at any time. I would love to get the chance to take care of and get to know your babies as well! 🐱

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have been cat sitting for about 6 years. I started cat sitting after getting my first job at a vet clinic so that I felt I could adequately monitor their health status and administer medications if needed. I have taken care of many cats since and have experience giving different medications as well.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I enjoy meeting all the kitties and seeing their different personalities and getting to know what makes them happy. I like to see what their favorite toys and treats are and use those things to gain their trust. It’s very special when they get to know me and seem excited when I come to take care of them.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have three kitties. Their names are Drizzy, Juice, and Tito. Juice and Drizzy are litter mates and about 3 years old, so you can imagine how much energy they bring to my apartment. They are tabby boys who love to wrestle and climb on any of their 5 cat trees throughout our home. Tito is a 1 year old Sphynx who is very energetic and when he is not found following his humans around, he is sleeping on his heated blanket or playing with his automatic laser.

Kylee was awesome! She took care of my picky sixteen year old cat and my shy five year old cat. She clicked with the shy cat quickly and even ran to the store to grab some kitten food for the picky senior because that’s all she wanted to eat. Frequently Asked Questions

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:


  • More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
  • 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
  • Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Cary cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $25.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
