I knew from the moment Sabrina came by to pick up my keys that she was a keeper. She saw one of our community cats and her eyes lit up. As for my kiddos, she was going to be their first sitter. I received lots of photos and updates from her. My babies were shy but the more social one finally came out and bonded with her. When I came home -- honestly to the litter and food stations being in more pristine shape than I could ever make them -- I was so thrilled that I didn't have to do any work. I could tell the next day, the kids lined up at Sabrina's usual visit time to see if she was coming by. That tells me they will be very happy when we become repeat customers.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
