Going out of town has become so stress-free since finding Sydel. We know that our kitty is in trustworthy hands, even though she can be quite a handful!

Sydel was a fantastic sitter during our almost week-long vacation! Our cat Lupin is very vocal, a little skittish around strangers, and has some special needs, but Sydel was super on top of it all and the two of them became fast friends. Sydel provided very frequent updates and pictures, including images of his food preparation and litter box contents, which helped us with missing our kitty and also gave us peace of mind that everything was going well. Our house and garden were in great shape when we got back as well, and we'd absolutely work with Sydel again!

Sydel took excellent care of our babies while we traveled out of the country. One of our cats got sick while we were away and she took him to the vet, communicated with the vet and kept us updated 100% of the time. It was a stressful situation that Sydel handled with with calm and compassion! It helped ease my worries being so far away. He had several accidents in the house due to his illness that she took care of to perfection. I couldn’t thank her more for all that she did and how she handled the situation❤️.

The reviews are true: Sydel is awesome! We moved to NC with no support around and were very nervous about leaving our kitties when we had to to leave town for the first time for a few nights. Sydel was incredible about keeping us updated - from her detailed messages to her photos. We knew our babies were in the best hands! We also came home to a clean kitty area and she seemed to have tidied up a bit for us which was so appreciated. 10/10 recommend her!!

My cats love Sydel! I actually think they were a bit disappointed to see me instead of their new playmate when I returned from my trip. ;-) It was as if I never left. My two have big personalities and occasionally fight (even over sitters!) and can be cranky for a few days after I come come, but they are purrfectly chill this time!

Sydel is always amazing but she went above and beyond this trip. While we were on vacation we found out our apartment was having a fire inspection and Sydel kindly moved our kitties and all their essentials to our bedroom to keep them safe and secure until the inspection was over. Sydel is amazing. She was able to help me out with my two boy kitties on super short notice. She is incredibly thoughtful, kind, thorough, and competent. One of my babies was recently diagnosed with cancer and is on a ton of medication including chemo. Sydel kept a really close eye on him, monitoring how much he ate and even his pees and poops! Sydel administered his medicine and went above and beyond to try and make him comfortable (and to make sure I was comfortable!!) Sydel is a great sitter and an even better teammate— she cares for your animals as if they were her own. I will definitely be booking her again!

My cat, Maggie, is a very shy girl. She never comes out when strangers are in the house. But Sydel was just wonderful with her. And she actually got Maggie to come out of her shell (and her hiding spot)! I was very anxious since this my first time leaving Maggie at home for an extended period, but with all the updates and photos and videos I was able to relax on vacation knowing my kitty was in good hands!
