We have used cat sitting services before, but Kristina outshines them all! She em was very sensitive to our cats personalities. We have one cat who is shy and has a difficult time warming up to new people. Kristina was so patient and had him eating the whole time. Kristina was amazing!!! She was so great with our cats! She took care of our cats for a week and when we came home everything was impeccable! Everything was kept so clean and neat. Kristina is so friendly and responds so quickly to messages. She was able to take my reservation quite last minute with no issue. She goes above and beyond and makes sure she takes care of everything for you, including watering plants and bringing trash cans to the curb. Kristina is great and you can’t go wrong booking her!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
