What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

Find someone who truly enjoys being around cats and takes the time to understand your kitty’s needs. Updates, routine care, and good vibes go a long way! 🐱✨

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I like to start with a quick chat to get to know you and your cat. I’ll ask about their routine, favorite spots, any quirks, and how they like to be cared for. Once you’re booked, I stick to your kitty’s routine, send daily updates with cute pics, and make sure they’re getting all the love, playtime, and quiet cuddles they need. 🐾 My goal is to keep things calm, cozy, and just how your cat likes it while you’re away! 💛

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

Your cat’s safety (and your home’s!) is super important to me. I always double-check doors, and anything your cat could sneak into or knock over. I follow your care instructions closely, keep litter areas tidy, and make sure your kitty stays safe and stress-free. I also treat your home with total respect—lights, locks, feeding areas, all just how you left them. You’ll get regular updates so you know everything’s going smoothly. 🐾🏡

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yup, I’m available on holidays! I know how important it is to have reliable care during those times, and I’m happy to keep your kitty comfy and cared for while you’re away celebrating. Just be sure to book early—holidays tend to fill up fast!

What is your favorite cat toy?

It depends on the kitty, but around here we love feather toys, springs, wormies, and kickers! Some cats like to chase, some love a good bunny kick, and some just want a cozy toy to nap with. 😸 Our cow kitty, Haru, even plays fetch—he loves bringing us toys to toss for him! 🐄🎾

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

For shy or anxious cats, I take things extra slow and let them come around on their own terms. I stay calm, move gently, and give them space to feel safe. I’ll sit nearby, talk softly, and just be present until they’re comfortable. I totally respect their boundaries and never rush things—earning their trust is one of my favorite parts of cat sitting ♥️

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
