Sarah is a fantastic pet sitter, very caring and sweet to our 2 cats and 2 frogs. She kept our kitties and froggies fed and entertained for a whole week while we were away, and was even kind enough to water our plants ! Sarah is an animal whisperer! My cat Dot Dot is very timid with strangers but she warmed right up to Sarah! Which was amazing but not surprising. Sarah also took extra care to send us videos and pictures of our pets and the home, and she asked important questions like what time the kitties eat and what to do about litter boxes and dietary needs, etc. We highly recommend Sarah as she is professional with a heart of gold! 💛

Sarah also follows instructions perfectly, even when I needed help last minute. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
