This was my second time booking Julianne to look after my two cats while I was away on vacation. It is clear that she truly cares about cats and she took excellent care of my two boys who have very different personalities. She gave pets and cuddles to the one who craves attention and affection, and gave the shyer one the space he needed to feel comfortable coming out and approaching her on his own terms. She even let me know when they were running low on hairball aid treats so I could order more. I would absolutely use her again.

I was initially nervous about leaving my cats for the first time but Julianne was kind and understanding. She sent me pictures daily and gave the one who wanted love plenty of it while I was gone. I plan to use her as a cat sitter again if/when I need one in the future.

Julie is the most amazing cat sitter! She gave our cats so much love, took care of both as they needed to be. Aka our super loving Cali and our shy but loving Lola. She sent updates of our girls each day she watched them, arrived on time, and was nice enough to come meet me before hand as well as meet our cats before we left for our trip!

Julianna was available on short notice and really helped me out! She took great direction on the little details of keeping my cats clean and safe, spent time with them to adequately space out their feeding, and sent plenty of pics of their little faces! Was a great booking!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
