Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have two; Jazzi and Abbi! They are from the same liter. They are tortieshells (yes they have the tortietude). I absolutely adore them and treat them like they are my children (they are my children).

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I would like the owner to meet me before they go away. That way I can introduce myself to the cat while their owners are present (it helps with shy or anxious cats to recognize me as a familiar scent while around their owners), plus I want the owners to know who I am and feel comfortable with me in their home and watching their babies.

Are you usually available during holidays?

I am available every single holiday. I do not travel during the holidays and only have dinner with my family who are local.

What is your favorite cat toy?

I absolutely love the toys on sticks. I like to be able to swing it around and make them either jump, or climb on their scratchers to get the toy.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I don't force any type of contact. Timid / Shy cats need to come to you when they are ready. Forcing any type of contact is going to make them feel more anxious and ultimately they will hide or won't come out for you. I try to sit on the floor at their level with either treats or toys and let them come to me.

I was initially nervous about leaving my cats for the first time but Julianne was kind and understanding. She sent me pictures daily and gave the one who wanted love plenty of it while I was gone. I plan to use her as a cat sitter again if/when I need one in the future.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
