What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I've been cat-sitting my whole life! My parents owned a pet hotel and as a child, I'd wake up early just to feed and pet the kitties before school. I knew some of them were anxious being in a new place while their owners were away, so I took it upon myself to do whatever I could to help them get comfortable. Since then I've cat-sat for friends and family, owned my own cats, and volunteered at shelters!

I LOVE treat puzzles. Mental stimulation is so important to keep cats happy, alert, and fulfilled throughout their lives. Treat puzzles can mimic their natural hunting instincts and ease their anxiety by giving them something to do, especially while you're away from the house.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
