UPDATE: February 15 is full and I can only take emergency appointments mid day. No mornings or evenings are available at this time. I’ve blocked February 21, 22 and 23 off due to family and friends coming to town but if you’re a current client and it’s an emergency please message me. A little background about me, prior to catsitting, I owned a small brick and mortar plant store in downtown San Jose but had to sell it when we moved to Las Vegas to be closer to family. In addition, I have ten years in compliance and administration for senior low income housing. I graduated from SJSU with a BS degree in marketing, which ironically I never had the opportunity to do! I stay updated on all vaccinations (even Tetanus because of plants). We are located in the Northwest but I am willing to travel farther (please contact me if you live in Henderson- we can probably work something out). When we moved here my partner and I had six cats which we brought with us from California. There's Nellie, Bella, Bear, Squeakers, Patches Woo and Mr. Max who is our only male. They are all rescues! Leanne was the best choice for several reasons. 1. She took extra time in the meet and greet to get to know the cats because one was shy. 2. She recommend toys. 3. She modified the meet time last minute since I was not available. 4. She brought toys since she noticed I was short on what they would like. 5. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as a new owner. 6. I felt comfortable trusting her in my home and with my cats. 7. She was genuinely excited and even thanked me multiple times for letter her have a play date with them. 8. She didn’t accept money or anything extra for bringing the toys. 9. She sent a lot of pics and I could tell my cat had a blast. There are more (cleaned, extra time stayed etc) but if each were a star earned she’d have over 10. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
