I had a concerning experience. My sitter visited mid-week as scheduled, but when I returned two days later all 3 of my cats’ water sources were empty (fountain, bowl and large reservoir). Given that my cats are known to play with and spill water, this is something I would expect a sitter to account for by either checking more frequently or just asking me, if anything seemed off. I did check my Petlibro scout smart camera, I felt Mandi was on her phone more than paying attention to my cats during this scheduled appointment, and did not ask for any assistance which I was available to give during this appointment. While I understand that unusual pet behavior can happen, coming home to no available water is a serious concern for any pet owner. I would recommend that future bookings include clear expectations around monitoring water levels, especially for pets that are known to empty bowls or fountains quickly.

Mandi once again took care of my cats while I was away, sending dailying photos and videos. I've used her before and I'll use her in the future if she's available.

I hired Mandi at the last minute before a vacation, when my normal cat sitter was unable to watch my cats. Mandi did a great job with keeping the litter box and surrounding areas clean, and even cleaned up vomit and poop outside the box when needed. Both of my cats liked her, and I really appreciate the photos and videos that she sent in our absence. Additionally, her response time on this apt was swift.
