My name is Nicole and I'm an eccentric feline enthusiast. I have four handicapped cats, without whom, my life would be dull. They all come from different states on the North East coast, which is where we hail from originally. I have a human child (22)as well, whose name is Cosmo, hence the name of the cat care business.
I have always had 1 cat, since childhood, I figured one lap equaled one cat until I managed an all-cat shelter for four years. I went from the shelter to a vet office as a vet tech, believing it would be less heartbreaking, though it was not. I lived in a small community where there were many farms, so TNR was a constant in my life. I would also barter with some of the farms, to care for their companion animals in ways they don't usually address, like cleaning ears and nail trims. Many farmers think they'll all "just be fine" and don't get general vet care... Hello!

I'm not truly happy unless I am helping save the animal kingdom in some way. I've promised my current herd I won't add to it, as I have one cat who will NOT allow any more into the fold without retaliation. I'm ok with this dynamic, these four are my life. When I'm not sitting with them in my lap or being bossed around by them mercilessly, I love being outdoors, photography, travel, and creating art.
I spent 21 years in the event production business, predominantly in music, festivals and theatre. I was also part owner in a backstage security company dealing directly with the talent, so NDC's are something I'm very used to if that is a concern for you. Your privacy is second to only the care of your cat.
I am exceptionally adept at dealing with medical issues and difficult cat care situations. If you'd like I can always send pictures and videos to let you keep up on your furry lump of love while you're vacationing or away on business, so you can be soothed knowing they're in good hands. I treat every cat as if they were my own, knowing that's the type of care I'd want for my own cats. I will service Summerlin and surrounding areas, Las Vegas, and some Henderson areas. I look forward to meeting with you and cuddling your cats!

Another wonderful experience with Nicole. She kept me updated every day and took the cutest pictures of my old lady cat beating up her mouse toys like a true apex predator. Nicole even sent me a video of her picking up Peat along with quick how-to instructions so that I can do that myself without offending my cat overlord. 10/10. Nicole is the best and I swear Peat looks forward to me leaving so she and Nicole can hang out.

Having Nicole as our sitter for Carrot was a great experience. Nicole went above and beyond to get to know Carrot and when I received daily updates, I realized that some of Carrot's funny behaviors that I forgot to tell Nicole about she caught onto quickly. I could tell she really cares about her kitty clients and that she was providing a quality experience when coming to take care of Carrot. We just moved to the area and finding a pet sitter was daunting. Nicole responded to our request right away and set up a meet and greet. She was accessible and easy to communicate with. We have a very shy cat that used to be feral. Nicole was so kind with her and was able to learn her routines and little habits. She checked in with us daily with pictures and a brief report. Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Las Vegas cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $24.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.

Nicole is the best! She came over for a meet-and-greet before our absence and immediately bonded with our two cats. She quickly learned what was needed including giving one of our cats three medications. While we were gone Nicole took great care of our fur babies sending us entertaining daily updates including photos. HIGHLY recommended!

This was our first time using an in home sitter and we were a bit nervous. Nicole was great providing info and keeping us updated. Our cats are grouchy and not great with new people, but she even got one to come out and get petted. The Meowtel app was easy to use and the insurance added peace of mind. The cats are just smitten with their new friend, Miss Nicole. Nicole has a true love for cats. One of our kitties warmed up to her immediately. The other took a few days, and that is actually still rare for him to go near anyone who isn't us. We'd recommend and book Nicole again.
