When not at work or hanging with others fur babies, I am at home cuddling with my own furry friend, Gracie. A sassy, loving cat who thinks that she should always have things handed to her. I am doing my best to teach her otherwise.
Before you get to know me more, please know that I currently prefer to service Astoria and the area around Astoria. Other requests will be case by case basis. I also work in the performing arts with much different hours than the 9-5. Please expect for me to confirm the hours and feeding times with you before accepting, as I can work anytime from 6:30am-2am at times.
I grew up with cats since I was 8 years old. I have had my fair share of cat personalities in my life, but believe that each personality is purrfect. As a cat mom, I know the importance of feeling that your fur baby is getting the same quality of love that you would give. I also feel it is just as important to make sure you, the cat parent, is just as respected!
My degree is in theatre education, with a minor in business. After college, I moved here, to New York, to pursue theatre management. From there I found myself working on many off broadway shows, traveling with the circus, and at Blue Man Group! When the pandemic hit, I went back into education teaching 3rd grade, and am finally back in the theater management field as the Theater Operations Manager at Lincoln Centers David H. Koch Theater.

She contacted me right away, took him to the vet, then to the emergency hospital, and stayed by his side the whole time until I had some friends over to help her. Natalie is INCREDIBLE! It was our first time working with her and she took care of our kitties as if they were her own. Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Astoria cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $31.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.

Natalie was truly the best cat sitter I have ever had. She went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly when she was coming to cat sit and took photos during every visit. She also went out of her way to do several walk throughs of my apartment to ensure she knew exactly where all the cat food was, how to handle the litter box, etc. She played with my cats and made them feel at ease.
