As a first time user, and it being my first time leaving my girl alone for a while, I was quite nervous, but was QUICKLY relieved once meeting Yun-Jui. Sooo supremely thorough and nurturing. I felt like he was taking care of me from afar as much as he was graciously taking care of my girl. I use a bunch of automated devices to help manage tasks and monitor her habits, and how he handled integrating and troubleshooting these devices showed his dedication to care and flexibility. THOROUGH updates, adorable pictures and videos, and quick response times, as well as an incredible team player and nurturing presence make him a MUST for you!

Yun-Jui is a wonderful cat sitter. He sent me detailed updates every day, which reassured me that my cat was happy and safe. My cat is quite shy, but by the end of the week he was waiting for Yun-Jui at the door. I will definitely book with Yun-Jui again!

What a smooth and wonderful experience we had with Ray! So attentive, kind, and detail oriented. It was the first time we had left our cat in almost 3 years and she was freaked out. Yun-Jui was a fantastic cat sitter for our cat Bagel this weekend. He was communicative, including texting to ask my preference when Bagel didn't eat his wet food. He sent lots of pictures and videos and detail regarding what Bagel ate and played with. He came on time and was also timely in sending me updates. Yun-Jui truly exceeded our expectations with reliably taking care of our spicy little kiwi girl while we were away on our honeymoon for 9 days. He never failed to send thorough daily updates with summaries of his visit along with photos and videos. He even tried bonding with Kiwi who is known to be spicy to all humans other than us and cleaned up several throw-ups (which usually happens when she eats too fast), going above and beyond with scrubbing the carpet. This was our first time with Meowtel and we were lucky to find our permanent cat sitter for all future vacations :) Thanks Ray!

Yun-Jui did such a great job with my cats! He played with them, took pictures, and gave them lots of cuddles in my absence.
