Marilyn was the sweetest babysitter! she always gave updates and checked in with me about my babies as well as sent photos/videos that I really appreciated. Not only did she give my cats great attention she also took her time to pick and clean up the apt as well. She was also very flexible and easy to communicate with. I would love to have her again and anyone would be lucky enough to have her look after you fur babies!

Marilyn was a great cat-sitter! I felt like my cats were safe and loved while I was gone. She made sure to send pictures, updates, and didn’t hesitant to ask questions to make sure everything was taken care of before I got back. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
