Juliana was amazing. she was careful with rather complicated feeding instructions and gave my boys lots of love and attention. She even left everything clean and organized for when i returned which was such a nice suprise. highly recommend.

As a crazy overprotective cat mom, I am so happy to have found Juliana. My cat, Willa, can be shy and keeps her distance from most new people. However, the moment Juliana walks in, Willa goes right up to her, head butts her hand, and flops on the ground for belly rubs… it blows my mind every time! Juliana has the best calm energy and my cat absolutely adores her. She has also been so patient with our girl when she has litter box issues. My mind is always at ease when she is watching Willa for us, and I am so grateful for her! 🫶

Juliana took excellent care of our girls! She is descriptive, took great photos (I even saved some of them), and managed to get our very territorial cat to play with her in just a couple visits. She left the house nice and tidy as well which was nice to come back to. We will definitely book again.

Juliana is an exceptional cat sitter. We can tell because our boys are always super happy when they've had the chance to hang out with her. She is on schedule, respectful of our feeding and care instructions, and always shares amazing photos of our cats which puts us at ease when we're traveling.

Juliana is such a wonderful cat sitter! Even our notoriously anxious kitty took to her immediately. Very attentive and sends the most adorable pics after each visit. Such a huge relief when we head out of town to have a capable, trustworthy, kind sitter looking in our our needy little guy.

If I could give Juliana 100/10 stars, I would and she deserves every star. Our cat, Kiki, was 9 years old and had a heart condition that made her susceptible to blood clots. Unfortunately, she developed a blood clot while we were away and lost function of her back legs. Juliana called us immediately and, after talking, discussed the possibilities of taking her to the vet. She rushed Kiki to the vet at 11:30PM. Juliana stayed with Kiki while the vets made their assessment and recommended to us that she be humanely euthanized. Quite frankly, the worst case scenario for any pet owner. Juliana FaceTimed us the whole time and held Kiki in her last moments on this Earth. It was a relief in a situation where there was no relief. She was in constant communication with us and Meowtel so that we could be there as much as possible for our baby girls last moments here. Prior to this unfortunate incident, Juliana was working on building a relationship with Kiki. She was patient while Kiki was learning to adjust to this new person in her space and Juliana demonstrated flexibility with Kiki when she was being difficult with taking her medication. I would say this. Although I would never wish for Juliana to endure the trauma of euthanizing a cat under her care, her kindness and empathy were invaluable during such a difficult time, and I cannot imagine anyone else handling it better. We cannot recommend Juliana enough!

Juliana made going on a trip very stress-free. my cat can be shy with new people but she warmed up to Juliana quickly and enjoyed their play seshs. I got plenty of pictures and detailed updates and am very lucky to have a sitter like her in the North Brooklyn area.

Juliana was incredible and I couldn’t recommend her more!! I went on a weeklong vacation and had major anxiety about leaving my babies for the first extended period of time ever and her detailed updates and photos/videos provided such relief. One of my cats is quite shy and takes time to warm up to new people but she was able to gain her trust and eventually pet and play with her. It’s clear she was a comforting presence for both of them and they were in such great spirits when I got home!
