Joy was a joy! Our cat is used to constantly being with people and he was quite lonely when we were out of town. Joy was very gentle with him, took him on little walks and did a great job keeping him company while we were away. She's thoughtful and considerate and we will absolutely use her again when the opportunity arises.

Joy is very attentive towards our cat and gave her so much play time. She is careful to ask for detailed care instructions and is easy to work with! highly recommend!

Joy watched my two senior cats for one week including dispensing pill medication. She was extremely reliable, conscientious and kept me well informed. This is our third time booking Joy for our three girls. She is always responsive and checks in to make sure nothing has changed with instructions prior to us leaving. She messages when she’s on the way to the house and not only sends pictures but videos. It cracks me up that our VERY shy girl absolutely loves Joy. Vacation is always nice but the extra feeling of happiness upon receiving pictures and updates and piece of mind knowing your fur babies are being well loved in your absence is priceless. Everything went smoothly, from reservation to the end. Joy was a big help! She managed to charm my shy and grumpy cat and was able to make her show her gentle and sweet side. I can certainly trusy Joy with my 15-year little girl! My cat is deaf but I am sure she can hear the song of joy from Joy! The daily photos and videos made me feel like I never left home.

I cannot say enough positive things about Joy as my cat sitter! Extremely responsive, professional, detailed, diligent, eager to meet - if not exceed - my expectations. I have one “challenging” kitty who requires twice-daily medication as well as monitoring, especially since she needs to finish her meals in order to ensure that she receives the full dosages. This required us to tweak our game plan multiple times, and Joy was so helpful in providing extensive reports and updates providing me with sufficient information to make decision, while reassuring me that she was completely “on the ball” looking after all my kitties. I really felt like a trusted friend was in charge of their care.

Joy went above and beyond and didn't give up on my cats, Banana and RBG even though they got on a rough start! She is very persistent and was able to gain Banana's trust towards the end of my reservation. RBG, albeit named after a very strong woman, is a very skittish cat. It took her two weeks to warm up to me, but Joy was able to pique her curiosity and came out of her hiding during Joy's second visit! Let's face it, cats are very selective of their humans and not very trusting in general, but Joy was able to build rapport with my two babies. She is very detailed oriented, she cleaned and followed the feeding instructions. She also took initiative to bring toys to warm up with my cats! Very creative and out of the box! All positive experience! Videos and pictures every single visit, put my mind at ease during my travel!

Joy is reliable, timely, and thoughtful. She provides great care to our cats and gives us detailed updates upon each visit. She was also very helpful in bringing in fragile/time-sensitive packages.

Joy took wonderful care of Tosca and Leia while we were away. We received thorough status reports and lots of photos and videos every day. Our kitties seemed happy and engaged. Love Joy! I have had Joy watch my cats since they were kittens - for the past two years! She is the best cat sitter! Her response time is impeccable so I don't have to wonder or worry while I am away. She sends tons of updates including photos and videos. She has been accommodating with my schedule and when she stops by to pick up the keys, spends some time with the cats too :) Last time she watched my cat, I had a 50 lb box arrive in the lobby, she went above and beyond in bringing it up 3 flights of stairs and into my apartment. I can’t tell you what a godsend Joy is for me and babies!!! They love her - even my shy, scrappy cat is warming up to her when he’s only ever been a momma’s boy. My large senior cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes which means daily insulin shots for the rest of his life. My first call was to Joy to see if she was comfortable with giving shots. She was immediately amenable to coming and watching my routine with him to make sure she was good with it. And she did her first round with him this weekend when I got called out of town. She did awesome with him and it really eased my mind knowing he was in her care. Even scrappy jumped up on the couch with her which he’s traditionally reserved for mom! Joy is wonderful, caring, and I will forever reserve her for my cats!
