Jasmine is a great sitter, I highly recommend hiring her! she was very responsive, took detailed notes of feeding/ cleaning schedule and getting into our building. she was very relabible, arrived on time to both visits and was very communicative if she was experiencing any delays. Also sent so many pictures and videos of our kitty, which I loved! Will definitely be hiring her again!

Jasmine was the perfect cat sitter and I would highly recommend her! She was great at playing with our two cats, making sure they were well fed and engaged. When we returned home they were happy and content. She provided great daily updates and made sure everything went smoothly.

Jasmine was so perfect, I would recommend her to anybody who needs a cat sitter! She was thoughtful, diligent, and the cats really loved her! She spent time and care to understand how to care for them and she's the type of person to go the extra mile. This was our first time with a cat sitter and we were extremely anxious at first but Jasmine did fantastic, sending photos and videos daily, and doing everything to care for our three kitties!!

Jasmine is new to catsitting but it feels like she’s done this before! She took amazing care of our fur babies while we were out of town for five days. She was very attentive and detailed with her updates throughout the day. She sent plenty of photos and even some videos. She was there every morning to give them breakfast and made sure they had everything they needed (cleaned litter box, filled water fountain and even vaccumed up any litter on the ground) before she left each day. Jasmine went above and beyond with taking care of our fur babies and I will definitely book with Jasmine again in the future!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
