Abby is an amazing and flexible sitter - best service I have ever used! Abby is always on time and follows all care directions carefully. She responded within the day and set up a meet and greet on the same day! Great attention to detail - She went above and beyond to make my two cats feel cared for and happy, even if that means spending extra time to play and interact with them. I have two rescue cats who are very shy and anxious - but my cats who warmed up to her very quickly and I know they were grateful to have someone looking after them! Following my trip, it was evident that they were happy, well-cared for, and content - they did not display any usual signs of separation anxiety so that in itself is a testament to what a great job Abby did making them feel loved and cared for! Again, such a reliable, knowledgeable, flexible, trustworthy, and communicative sitter. I recommend her for ANYONE looking for a sitter in the short and the long term. If you need a sitter that you KNOW will take amazing care of your precious fur babies while keeping you updated, then Abby is your go to! she is the ONLY pet sitter I will be coming back to! :) my kitties thank you for the wonderful care!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
