"TLDR; HIRE KYLE — Best sitter around, worth every cent! Deserves infinite amount of stars. Five stars simply aren't enough for the quality of care and comfort Kyle provides. When one of my boys came home from the hospital just three days before a crucial work trip requiring complex medical treatments 3x a day, I was an absolute nervous wreck. My original sitter understandably had to back out due to the medical requirements, and my cats mean the absolute WORLD to me. I was terrified of how I would ever find someone knowledgeable, confident with medications, and genuinely kind. Then I found Kyle. From our very first meeting, my boys immediately took to him—it was honestly shocking how comfortable they were with him right away. Kyle asked thoughtful questions, mapped out emergency symptoms, recorded vet contacts just in case I was unavailable, and made sure every detail of their care was locked down. During my trip, he was BEYOND phenomenal. He sent constant updates, photos, and videos, letting me know about their appetite and bathroom habits. For the first time in months, I could actually focus on giving my best work instead of stressing over my babies. "1000/10 recommend Ms Ashley! I cannot begin to explain how much Ashley helped me with my Berry during my leave. Berry had abit of an emergency and Ashley immediately took her to the emergency clinic. Her communication was perfect with both me and the emergency contacts I had provided me on Meowtel. She was with me on call whenever needed. Even though the situation took away from her weekend time , she was always there and kept Berry as her first priority. Berry is well and happy today and I must say Ashley was the only one who would have gone above and beyond. Additionally, the house was clean and instructions were thoroughly followed. "Erika was an outstanding overnight cat sitter for my senior kitty. So far she has completed three separate bookings for my cat: 3 nights, 2 nights, and 15 nights. Erika was unphased by the requirements of my senior kitty: twice daily pills, twice daily ear drops/ointment, and daily ear cleaning. She reported several times through the day on exactly what time these things were done, and how they went. Additionally, my cat is prone to going on hunger strikes when I leave; Erika promptly communicated how much the kitty ate and how long it took for her to eat (or not) her food so we could make decisions together about whether/when to stimulate her appetite. For one more challenge, my cat was having some litter box issues; thanks to Erika’s diligent reports, we tested a different litter and box placement and found a combination that got kitty back on track. Erika sent great photos and updates. She was a perfect house guest as well— my place looks as good or better than when I left, even after a couple weeks. I’ve already rebooked Erika for my next trip. And my cat will be thrilled— it’s clear she got a little attached and enjoyed “helping” with her knitting."
