Haidy took care of my two senior cats for a week, and she was incredible from start to finish. She handled feeding, meds, litter, and all their little quirks with so much patience and genuine care. One of my cats is extremely shy and tends to hide in impossible places, but Haidy cracked the code — she stayed patient, gentle, and creative until she found a method that worked. By the end of the trip, my shy girl was greeting her at the door. That alone speaks volumes. Her updates were detailed, thoughtful, and always reassuring. She sent videos, explained everything clearly, and went out of her way to make sure the cats felt safe and comfortable. My other cat adored her too and acted like the perfect little host every visit. I came home to two happy, relaxed cats, and I’m so grateful.. Highly recommend!

Haidy was AMAZING! She absolutely saved us when there were logistical issues with another cat sitter. I am so grateful she could take our booking last minute, I was a bit frazzled with the whole thing but after the meet and greet I knew I had nothing to worry about. She was fantastic with our cats, both of whom are rescues and can be a bit shy with strangers. They both take meds and she was able to get them to both take their meds. We went on a 10 day vacation and left our 2 cats at home under the care of Haidy. and I can safely say that choosing Haidy to watch over our cats was the best decision we made! She is a super compassionate, caring, and loving cat sitter. She made our cats feel so safe that within 2-3 days, our younger cat (who is extremely shy- and hides for hours just at the sight of a stranger) was playing with Haidy and our older cat started to greet Haidy at the door every time she came over. Our older cat also has some medical supplementary needs, which Haidy administered every day with ease. We will book Haidy again whenever we go on vacation next.

This is our second time booking with Haidy and she is amazing! Our boy was being fussy and picky this time but Haidy was patient and skilled at reading cat body language and behaviors. She would work with our boy to make sure he was eating, but never forced him to do anything he didn't want to. During our vacation, the weather at home was a bit unpredictable with heat waves and storms, Haidy helped us turn on/off AC, open/close windows as needed to keep our cats comfortable.
