We couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter! Vivian took exceptional care of our three cats, each with very different personalities, for eight days while we were away. From the very beginning, she was attentive, reliable, and incredibly responsive. She kept us updated with multiple photos and videos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind and allowed us to see how happy and comfortable our cats were in her care. One of our cats requires insulin injections twice a day, and she handled this responsibility flawlessly. She made sure he stayed on schedule with every dose, carefully monitored him afterward, and always kept us informed about how he was doing. Knowing he was receiving such attentive care made all the difference. She also took the time to truly get to know each cat, respecting their individual personalities and boundaries. She patiently earned their trust, gave them space when they needed it, and spent quality time playing with them, giving treats, and following their feeding schedule. It was clear that Vivian genuinely loves animals and treats them as if they were her own. We returned home to three happy, healthy, and well-cared-for cats. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and dedicated pet sitter, and we would absolutely book with her again!

Vivian was the best caretaker for my baby kitties you could EVER imagine -- she was incredibly attentive to every single detail of the job, from making sure she followed all my instructions exactly to asking additional questions to ensure they were getting the best possible care while I was away. She was also so communicative and let me know how everything went each day, including with TONS of videos and pictures of the cats as well as of all the tasks completed, when she came and left as well.
