Josephine went above and beyond this 2nd time I booked her! nyc had a big snowstorm over a foot of snow n Josephine got to my place 2 times a day through that storm.!! if anyone knows city streets here u know how difficult parking can be in snow like this! she made it each time! it was so important to me since my other cat passed recently and this was first time Mittens was alone her entire 13 year life without her sister. I was relieved n could enjoy my vacation knowing Josephine was taking care of her. She sent photos each visit. took care of litter n left apt perfect!! I highly recommend Josephine she is so friendly and chill and my cats, (now cat) love her!! I'm very grateful she was my sitter!!

We could not have asked for a better cat sitter! Josephine took amazing care of our three cats with twice-daily visits, making sure they were fed breakfast and dinner and that lunch was perfectly set up in the automatic feeder each day. She was incredibly attentive and thorough, and it was clear our kitties were in loving, capable hands. Her communication truly stood out — she was always prompt to respond and sent us detailed text updates with plenty of pictures and videos, which gave us such peace of mind while we were away. She spent quality time playing with the cats, gave them treats, and handled giving one of our kitties his medication right on schedule without any issues. On top of all that, when our flight was unexpectedly canceled, she was more than willing to continue caring for our cats, which we appreciated more than we can say. That flexibility and kindness meant everything to us. We came home to happy, well-cared-for kitties and couldn’t be more grateful. Josephine was wonderful, I have a 17 yr old with diabetes and hyperthyroidism she needed insulin 2 times a day and thyroid med 2 times a day also! I was very concerned about leaving her but Josephine was excellent she took care of my elderly cat with care and kept me updated every day which helped me enjoy my vacation n worry less! I also have another healthy cat who fell in love with Josephine! What a fantastic sitter! I highly recommend Josephine especially if you have a special needs kitty! I can't recommend Josephine enough! She watched my six cats for five days and was incredible from start to finish. With that many cats, care instructions can be pretty detailed, but Josephine handled everything with ease and professionalism. One of my cats has asthma and needs an inhaler twice a day, and she was wonderful with him—patient, gentle, and reliable in giving his medication. At our meet and greet, she came prepared, took notes, and asked great questions. I had complete peace of mind while I was away. She truly went above and beyond for all of us. My cats were happy, well cared for, and clearly loved. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and kind, Josephine is the one. I'd absolutely book her again!

Had a mini getaway coming up and we didn’t hesistate to book Josephine again since she’s so great and our cat loves her! This time our cat needed eye drops through out the day and she handled it without issues, and is alway very thorough with updates. She’s a 10/10 ⭐️

Josephine earned these five stars effortlessly! I just recently had my cat, Oliver diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I am still trying to get used to this new medicine routine. My partner who usually gives Oliver his medication was going to be out of town for 10 days. We hired Josephine to give Oliver pills in the a.m. and p.m. and it couldn't have gone better. She is very friendly sweet and patient and that's exactly what Oliver needed. She understands how cats can be because she had to give her own cats medicine. I watched her do this with love and kindness and then I was able to get ready for work. I do not have to worry about anything in the morning and evening because Josephine totally had it covered. This was very comforting to me! Her and Oliver are very good buddies. I will be using her in the future. You should too!

Josephine was fantastic. We knew during our meet and greet with her that our cat would be well looked after. She sent us daily updates and pictures and even offered to help with things around the apartment. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing that our cat was in such good hands.
