As I began writing thi , I said aloud to my husband, “Ok, so, five stars…” and he said, “No. FIVE HUNDRED stars.” Kyle just inspires that kind of devotion. Usually, when we return from a week or more away, our cat is semi-feral and incandescent with rage at us, taking hours or even a day or more to get comfortable with us again. This time, she trotted right out, vocal and affectionate. She’s not an easy cat to get to know, but Kyle worked so hard to make inroads with her, and it showed in her demeanor right away. And he shared his progress as we were gone, letting us know how they were getting along (in addition to detailed reports on everything, including her litter activity). Kyle is uncommonly devoted to his work as a sitter, but more importantly, he just loves cats. It’s clear that he’s curious and insightful, willing to go far to uncover the reasons behind certain behaviors and help troubleshoot. He even shared treats with her and brought her a pack of the ones she liked. We’ve never had an experience this positive and hope we never have to work with a non-Kyle sitter again. He’s just the best.

This was my second booking with Kyle, and it’s still confirmed — he’s the best! He took wonderful care of my senior cat, kept up with his supplements, sent updates and photos, and he even bought him a new toy! Not to mention he also kept the floors clean and litter free! Mom’s cat is very shy. Took almost 5 years for Clancy to warm up to me. Kyle was playing with Clancy within 3 days. He even got him a toy. Kyle also sent pictures and text updates daily letting me know how Clancy was doing. Kyle is reliable, friendly and trustworthy. I’m happy with the service he provided.

Kyle was a fantastic cat sitter. I have two senior cats who really thrive with a routine including twice-daily medication, treats and wet food. Kyle was able to administer medication no problem and he gave me detailed updates twice a day. It was such a relief to know the cats were being loved and cared for while I was out of town. In addition to cat care, he swept up and took out the garbage on his way out. Totally above and beyond! I’d absolutely hire Kyle again.

Kyle is fantastic! This is the second time hiring him and he caught an issue with the water fountain my cat loves that I wouldn't have caught if he didn't see it, and immediately communicated the concern so I can make sure it doesn't happen again once I got back.
