There is a reason that we always try to book with Hsuan. She is very knowledgeable, follows detailed instructions carefully, and sends amazing updates. Our shy cat started to take to her very quickly. When our cat closed himself in the bathroom somehow, she came over quickly on short notice and rescued him. The only reason I would say not to book with her is if I am going out of town on the same dates, I don’t want her to get booked up because she’s so great.
