What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

It brings me deep joy getting to know each cat’s personality and learning how to make them feel safe and loved as possible. Learning to care for them in a way that allows them to relax, play and feel loved brings me so much joy and fulfillment.

Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?

Yes! I was catsitting for a friend in Bushwick for her one kitty, DJ (who was feral for the first 6 years of his life) for over a year when they adopted a kitten named Lemon. Upon meeting Lemon I made the mistake of meeting Lemon with high energy while DJ was in the room and it spooked DJ. Over the last few months I have been slowly building up trust, contact & play with DJ again and during our last visit DJ finally felt comfortable again with me giving him long pets and kisses. Brought me so much joy in my heart to have made DJ feel safe and loved again.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

Yes of course! His name is Salem. He is a 6.5 year old black cat and I adopted him at 6 months. He is the light of my life and has taught me so much!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
