During this period, an event known as "The Great Attack" took place. Teleporting from a faraway realm, a vicious villain known as "The Squirrel" attacked the cat citadel by entering through an open window portal. After battling this seemingly immortal creature, I was victorious, but sustained injuries. The feline missionaries provided me with a rabies vaccination to treat my ailment. Because of my protection and loyalty to the citadel, the great deity Bastet released me from my duties and bestowed upon me, two ageless creatures to protect me on my crusades across the world. In return I was asked only to free, protect, and care for others. I accepted this great honor. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
