Shannon was a dream sitter! She communicated extremely thoroughly and was prompt, pleasant, personable, and professional, including for a semi-last minute booking request and meet and greet during a snow storm! All of her thoughtfulness, cat-care experience, attention to detail, and TLC made me feel so assured my skittish senior cat was well taken care of during a stressful time for her while I was away. I really appreciated Shannon going above and beyond with unprompted extra little touches and minding the notes we’d discussed like playing soothing music for Buns when she seemed anxious. She sent lots of photos and videos, showing how Buns was feeling as well as respecting her boundaries—even when successfully luring her out for socializing and a few pets! Shannon handled a bit of kitty upset stomach like a pro, and even washed Buns’ wet food dishes, which hadn’t been an expectation we’d discussed. She was very respectful of Buns’ personal space, as well as my home. I will definitely be requesting Shannon’s services next time I’m away! She was wonderful to work with and gave me peace of mind while on vacation away from my sweet cat. Truly a great experience :)

Shannon was amazing. She showed up during the times we had set for cat sitting and was super reliable. She sent us pictures every visit and let us know if the cats ate everything or didn’t, which I really appreciated. She also played with them and made sure they were good. At one point the litter was starting to smell a little and she just changed the bag on her own without us even asking, which honestly meant a lot. It showed she actually cares and pays attention. She’s really easy and pleasant to communicate with and we’ll definitely be using her again for our next vacation.

I still cannot belive we were lucky enough to meet Shannon and hope to have her in our lives for a long time to come. What started as a reservation for a couple days turned into weeks, then months and now she comes every day I have to work (14 hours away is a long time and the reassurance she gives me is worth millions times more than the service actually costs). She sends me photos and videos of my kitties happily playing and dancing with her and they run to the door when she arrives. She's given pills and powders and eye ointments. She feeds them, scoops litter, tidies up, cuddles and plays; and I have no idea how she fits it all in less than 30 minutes. She is amazing and so easy going and sweet and flexible and just an incredible person and a fantastic and skilled cat-sitter. She has kept my kitties fed, medicated and happy: they are a whole lot less lonely (needy) when I come home after a long day away. Almost want to gate keep her to ensure she has time for us but she is too good not to heap buckets and buckets of praise.

Shannon was nothing short of an outstanding catsitter for our 3 girls. She was communicative, on time and beloved by the kitties she was caring for. It was our first time leaving our two new adoptees with the resident cat and Shannon was able to troubleshoot any tensions between them and even gave us some tips and feedback to defuse tension. We cannot more highly recommend her!

Shannon is an incredible cat sitter. Our cats are typically nervous with new people, but they warmed to Shannon quickly, which is a testament to the safe environment she created. I truly appreciate how mindful she was of their needs, especially in handling our senior cat’s medication with such care. Her communication was wonderful. Shannon is the the most fantastic cat sitter. She gives my cats the most loving care—playing movies/music for the cats, letting me know about eating habits/bowel movements and even helping with navigating some health flags! I am so appreciative of her and feel like I’ve gained a friend :)

Shannon is in class of her own with cat care - incredibly sensitive to our cat's needs, present but unobtrusive, and someone who I felt I could immediately trust with my older cat and home. We returned home to our cat looking happy, healthy and so well cared for.
