Rainier was absolutely great!! my cats... Gabby and Honey took to her almost immediately . Gabby is a diabetic ....and Rainier was wonderful with her and was gave her injections 2 times a day. Rainier also super with my shy girl Honey. I am thankful for the great care provided to my girls. All instructions were adhered. A real pro!! thank you

Rainier did a first rate job of visiting each day at a consistent time to reassure my very reclusive kitty and immediately sent a message detailing what they did to refresh food, water, litter, and also signs of kitty activity, though no actual sighting occurred. 😺 Rainier is very reliable, professional, and personable.

I have two cats, one with a lot of (often changing) medical needs. Rainier was able to handle everything from last minute changes to uncooperative med times, prescription foods and was even able to charm my shy girl. This was by far the least stressed that I've been leaving my babies and I could not have asked for a better experience!

Hellios is still very shy about people so I was worried he'd hide. But nope! Not at all! I even think he misses them a little. I could not have asked for a better first time experience.

This was my first time booking Rainier, and everything went really well! We had some abrupt changes in plans - one cat had some feeding and medication changes, and then our flights got canceled so we had to adjust times.
