What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I grew up with cats my whole life and watch friends/neighbors cats on a regular basis. I feel very comfortable with all types of cats and levels of care.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I currently have one cat named Rascal - named after the racoon in the 1963 memoire by Sterling North. He is 13 years old and been with me since he was a kitten. He loves exploring the outdoors, belly rubs and playing in plastic grocery bags.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

When looking for a cat sitter I think there are three important things that would allow me to relax in my time away from home. 1 - I feel comfortable with this person in my home. 2 - I feel comfortabe they will give my cat adequate care and time, wanting to provide more than just food/water and cleaning. 3 - I feel they would keep in good communication with me if something does need my attention. 
I recommend a quick meet or chatting over the phone at least to answer these questions so you and your pets will enjoy the vacation/adventure you have planned!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
