Brooke did a phenomenal job caring for our cats! She went above and beyond, playing with them, making sure our shy boy got food even when he was hiding out, and keeping the litter box area clean. We really appreciated how communicative she was, sending daily updates and not hesitating to reach out with questions. Highly recommend and we will be using her again!

Brooke took amazing care of my 2 girls!! She sent pics throughout the week and let me know how they were doing, eating well, using the litter normally, etc which gave me so much peace of mind. She really connected with them and I will definitely be using Brooke again!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
