Hi cat pawrents! My name is Michelle and I have adored cats for as long as I can remember. Currently I have two furbabies from the Cleveland APL: Frida (a twelve year old Shorthair Tortoiseshell, adopted in 2012) and Andri (a ten year old Siamese Mix, adopted in 2014). Let’s be honest, I love everything about cats. It is hard to choose just a few, but some of my favorite things are their different coat patterns and colorations, and each one’s unique personality. I love making friends with new cats, but am also respectful of their personal space and boundaries. In fact, I am very in tune with cat body language! Since I believe that all cats deserve quality care and a great life, I dabble in rescue work when I can. I organized a TNR (trap neuter return) group for the stray/feral cats that live near my parent’s house, and rescued a baby kitten in October 2022. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
