Chuck is an amazing cat 🐈 person and careful listener. while meet and greet he listen carefully and noted down all the points asked queries about our pet care routine. This was our first time cat sitting experience in United States and my cat is a really shy 🙈 Indian kitty, he took care of my cat like his own, made sure she is safe and tried all the options to mingle with her. I was the foster home that Chuck adopted two of his kitties from. He would come and play with all the babies before and after he adopted his two. It was so helpful to have them socialize with someone other than myself. He was a purrfect playmate to all of them 🐾🐾

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
