I've been around cats since the day I was born. Growing up, my family showed CFA Champion Himalayans and Persians as well as fostered and rescued dozens of cats over the years. The universal cat redistribution system has currently blessed me with 5 rescues of my own, each with their own distinct personali... I've been around cats since the day I was born. The universal cat redistribution system has currently blessed me with 5 rescues of my own, each with their own distinct personalities. I have plenty of experience with cats of all ages, from newborn through senior, and those with various disabilities and disorders. My in-home kitties are currently between the ages of 3 and 12 years old. I am comfortable giving medication through injection, liquid, or pill/tablet form during visits.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I've always been a cat person. I have been pet sitting in general since high school, so for around 30 years. I started specializing in cats around a decade ago when I realized most sitters only cared for dogs. I love meeting new families and new kitties every month. It's the best job ever!

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I do! Growing up in the cat show circuit, all our cats had long fancy names. The habit stuck, even with rescues. My eldest two are 12 this year and named Stormageddon, Dark Lord of All (Stormy) and Zigfried Stellar Particulate Nubbington (Ziggy). My "middle child" is 10 and named Captain Blackjack Fluffernutter Squishbeans (Jack). My "babies" are 3 and called Baron Oswarld Burton Von Blackbeans (Ozzy) and The Duke of Colby, Hector Alejandro Con Queso (Colby).

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yep! My job is taking care of your pets, so I generally take my vacations during off seasons and plan my holidays around bookings. Since I only book locally, this isn't usually an issue.

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:


  • More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
  • 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
  • Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
