Meow! I'm Ash, a Cat Sitter in , OR
Hi there, I’m Ash! 👋🏻 Cats have made me their human from the time I was very young, but I’ve been the human companion to various cats in my adult life for the last 12+ years. (I.e., I’ve had multiple cats as my pets for 12+ years, but if you know anything about cats, you know they own us, not the other way around! Ha!) My goal as a pet sitter is to make your pets — and you — as comfortable as possible in your absence. Cats are particularly sensitive creatures and tend to notice the slightest changes to their environments. Thus, I do my best to provide excellent care for your sweet (and spicy!) creatures. I enjoy spending time with all cat personality types, though I work especially well with shy felines, as my approach is to let them come to me. (And they do, most of the time!) I also enjoy the challenge of spicy cats who may have trust or behavioral issues. I’m a big believer that every creature needs and deserves love and attention, and do my best to make all pets feel safe and comfortable in my presence. I’m big on communication and will always make sure to give you detailed updates during and/or after each visit, including photos. Currently, I am a student at the UO, and finishing up a degree in Sociology. I work at a local nonprofit, as well as a self-defe...
Ashleigh (Ash) was everything I'd want in a pet sitter. She was extremely communicative, kind, and attentive when it came to both our cat, as well as my wife and I. When we were away we started looking forward to receiving her colorful updates and photos. She took photos of food and liter both before and after as well as many photos of our cat being a cat. Overall there's nothing I would change about the service she offered and will definitely use her again in the future if/when the need arises.
Ashleigh was amazing! Sending us regular updates and pictures of the kitties, watching our place when we’re gone and even fed our leopard gecko! She clearly loves animals very much. I HIGHLY recommend this sitter and will absolutely schedule with her again.
Ashleigh is a cat sitter in the Eugene area. Her profile has been verified and her references have been checked by Meowtel.

Every Meowtel cat sitter has been thoroughly vetted, background-checked, and is insured through Meowtel. To ensure total peace of mind while you're away, every Meowtel reservation comes with a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can have full confidence in your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress for your kitties. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend that you book daily visits with your sitter to keep your cats in their routine and to help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.
