So when Clarity went the extra mile to help our very scared cat, named Duck, when the scary Window Washers, with their giant attack snakes tried to break through the glass. Duck likes to wedge himself into the best hiding spots when he is scared, which makes it difficult to find him. Clarity contacted us right away to see if this was unusual behavior, which it is for him. She set up a special for and water dish for Duck, and stayed little longer than the scheduled time to help make sure he was ok. Thank you, for the detailed updates and the 5 star service!!"
