What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

The sass that those furry felines exude. Ya wanna pet that kitty? Good luck. Ya wanna give that kitty a treat? Nice try! Kitty cats do their own thing and I’m just along for the ride. I promise your kitty will be loved for their sass and kitty ways. Kitty sitting is fun because ya just never know how that furry feline will feel about you when you walk through the door. They keep me on my toes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

I work best with those who are wanting ample photos of their kitty/home. I will text you everyday (through the Meowtel app) with updates, photos and videos of your kitty (if they permit). No need to text me back, I just want you to know your kitty is a happy camper. You’ll enjoy my kitty sitting services if you want attention to detail, and daily updates. If you have trash that needs to be brought to the curb, mail brought inside or plants to be watered, I’m happy to tend to those needs during my visit.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

1. Ya book my services. 2. We meet at your kitty’s house and you walk me through their routine. You hand me the keys to your kitty’s palace and I return when your kitty says so. 3. I’ll return your kitty’s house keys when you let me know you’ve made it home.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes. I am usually available during holidays.

What is your favorite cat toy?

Cat nip. They get wonka-poo and that’s a great time to take photos and send them to you.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

My high pitched voice and kitty treats usually does the trick. I’m short and always stay close to the ground so your kitty doesn’t feel like I’m a bird attacking from above. High pitched voice + treats + being on their level works 99.99% of the time. For that .01%….Becky…I’m talking to you kitty girl and I will win you over one day.

Clarity was AMAZING! She was quick to respond and set up a time to come meet my cat. My cat is 15, takes medication 2x a day and is on an antibiotic via a syringe. He is a picky, elderly cat who isn’t always interested in taking his meds but she was so patient with him and called to give me updates and send photos/videos every visit. I was gone for almost a week and haven’t left my cat for that long in a while but felt so confident in the care he was getting thanks to Clarity!

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
